"My rating remains the same and I really think that this office needs to be investigated. I don't know what has been happening with this agent as of current because this woman has never been available to me. I've spoken to her one time in the 2 years of business, can only get in contact with a receptionist who don't do their jobs. You have to keep requesting them to do things because someone who said they were doing it or did do something in fact, did not do it, and it's not in the system. They sent me the wrong check twice, and now is seemingly refusing to put another request in to send the correct check out, it's been a year and they owe me nearly $3k. If I have to get a lawyer, I will not be going after state farm.I will specifically be suing her agency for the neglect and refusal to pay. These aren't the times to be playing with people or their money."

"Updating my review. As you can see, Ana Chavez responded to my review and suggested that I contact her to make this right. I am the customer and you expect me to call you. One more reason for me to move on. You just don't get it. My agent retired about two years ago and my account was transferred to Ana Chavez. I have called Ana's office multiple times requesting to speak with her regarding my policies. Each time that I call I am told that she will not be in until after 12:00pm noon. She has never returned a call. All I get is my premium notices with large increases and no explanation. I have been with State Farm since I was 16 years old and have always had a good experience and a great agent that was willing to discuss the best options for me. That is not the case with Ana. I called her office earlier today and got the standard "she will not be in the office until after 12:00pm noon." Poor customer service. I will be changing agents."
